I bought my pair from her Society6 Shop They are perfect to wear to the theater to see the last act of A Frank Angle‘s production of «Dance: The Musical»

What to wear them with was the question? Above, I tried Marina’s art leggings with a tank & silk shirt tied up at my midriff. Below, I tried them with a tank, lace bolero & belt on my hips.

Cute, but not dressy enough for the theater.

Paired with a jacket I designed & made worked perfect. I accessorized with turquoise & green. Note the Leaf Pin that Belén Soto‘s creation Drake Noir brought as a gift for me from Spain.

En pocos días sus frágiles cuerpos se han fortalecido con el ejercicio, el cuello y las patas están creciendo y pronto comenzarán sus prácticas de vuelo.

Arcilla roja horneada a 1040ºC, metal y arcilla refractaria en la peana, decoración con esmaltes cerámicos en bicocción.

Tras romper el cascarón, los jóvenes retoños observan asombrados sus nuevos horizontes, todo está por descubrir y el tiempo apremia … las cortas alas y sus desgarbados movimientos son todavía, poco aptos para el vuelo.

Arcilla roja horneada a 1040ºC, metal y arcilla refractaria en la peana, decoración con esmaltes cerámicos en bicocción.

Belén Soto’s Drake Noir Moves to Toronto

En el inicio de su tradicional migración hacia lugares mas cálidos, Drake cometió un error al introducir las coordenadas en su GPS, ( le advertí que sus plumas son muy grandes para unas teclas tan pequeñas ) … y tras una gran aventura transoceanica, el ha llegado a Toronto, Canadá.
Todo mi agradecimiento para Resa, A Drake le encanta este nuevo hogar, sus ojos me dicen que el es muy feliz!!!
At the start of his traditional migration to warmer places, Drake made a mistake when entering the coordinates in your GPS (I warned him that their feathers are too big for such small keys) … and after a transoceanic adventure, has come to Toronto, Canada.
All my thanks to Resa, Drake loves this new home, your eyes tell me that he is very happy !!!

When we got home, Drake insisted on having shots taken on the floor I painted. He said I was an artist, too!

When I introduced Drake & mini-me, it was love at first sight! Here mini-me models a pin Beléndesigned. Drake flew over from Spain with it , as a gift for me.

Ermelo

Premios Ermelo

Cuatro pequeñas esculturas realizadas por Cerámica Belén Soto para Estela, Loxística e Proxectos con motivo de la primera edición de los premios Ermelo.

Las piezas fueron modeladas sobre una arcilla refractaria de color blanco y se utilizó el óxido de cobalto para realzar los grabados.

Conjunto de jarrones

La combinación de esmaltes dibuja curiosas formas mientras resbala sobre las paredes de arcilla, los resultados del paso por el horno suelen ser inciertos … pero siempre sorprendentes.

Arcilla roja en torno alfarero, horneada a 1040ºC, decoración con esmaltes cerámicos en bicocción.

Charlie the Cuckoo

another day in paradise

happily flitting and flopping

no flying for this crazy old bird

but he sure knows how to play

come close and he might kiss your cheek

or peck your derriere!

you never know with Charlie
